Your loader wan't wark (it ask about name and code). It's definitely not a problem with dualcore
I've old IBM T30 with Mobile Pentium 4 1.8MHz and XP SP2.
I've also tested on HP dx5150 with Sempron 3000+ and XP SP3.
Problem is the same.

So modify your loader or make crack or keygen to bypass this problem.

Your version of NYO4 works the same as previous. Loader ask about name and code. You wrote the we can have different versions of NYO. I checked it. Both versions are the same. Is it possible that you talk with your bro, and he rewrite loader to work perfect ?

from my knowledje,

The loader change the finger print in the memory by a know one which his registration number is loaded in the loader.

when you run the Loader :
- Change the real HW Fingerprint in primary memory by this one which he know his serial and registration number.
- Acces to NYO4 exe and enter the registration number which is compatible with the HW fingerprint edited in memory.
- Program Run ok :)
