i did flashing,format ff read unlock etc etc but still the same problem.

make erasing whole flash chip and then write flash file available on support
yesterday customer came back and i did the same as u mention erase whole firmware + ffs the write the flile from the support,,, but still same unlock phone lock code???????

this is very strange...might be phone lock is keept in second MCU flash...
can you try to format it too? make full backup for emergency case
kindly tell me how do i find pinout for second cpu...
its not happing in pinfinder
