problem with this china phone V9+i

this china phone came to me for repair.at first i thought this would be the usual format thing but after full format i saw the real problem of the unit...

when turned one and press even just one key or any key the phone tends to hang and you cant do anything with the unit anymore.i tried full format,safe format and repair bad software but still the same....btw the unit is supported and connects with pinfinder as test report with this pinout
