infinity support team pls check it as i cannot able to run software without upgrading i have a lot of work pending right now pls check as soon as possible :confused:

Hello,

You need to check your Internet connection and disable firewall.
If still no luck you need to try with another Internet provider, f.e. use GPRS connection.

i disable firmware and use broadband as well as gprs connection but the problem is still same what can i do now

this problem i faced with RELIANCE BROADBAND but when i use BSNL everything is ok.

yes..sir ..in my area...no one ...able to upgrade dongle..i visted near about 6 shop but all r facing same problem..no one can abale to do upgradation..the dongle..

I think the problem is in operating system (Windows) or Driver. reinstall them and post results

Nothing was..problem...just go brodband all..ok...........i hve done 6 box upgradation..in BSNL brodband
