update box error

my box is ot going to update when i update my box

there abssoultly no problem i did one box yesterday done it smoothly
use other isp to upgrade

check ur internet connection i think it may be ur connection problem bro

no bro my internet connection is okand iremove antivirus also but problem is still there

then uninstall ur software again nd driver as well nd reinstall again from

begining...nd then check nd post result

i can only advice to use IP file.
here is a link for it:
http://www.infinity-box.biz/download/public/emeralda.ip.rar
extract it to same directory where Dongle manager is and try again
