Hi, i have a moto c257 after i turn it on, its showing CPU ExceptionMSG, and i can't connect with infinity, please help. is there any way to connect with soft other than the port? like cable print?

Hello,
If phone can not be connected with software you have a reason to open phone and check it's hardware, f.e. clean water or check that connector is soldered well to PCB.
