W375 error: incorrect certificate

I wont to unlock moto. w375 s/w v.6.9.75 but this is the error I get:

COM6 [VCP0] selected
Action: unlock
Device: W375
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
rom version: 0411
Connecting...
error: incorrect certificate
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished, time used: 8 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

what should I do PLZ Help.
