Cannot unlock t-mob option modem

Hello!

cannot unlock option/qualcom hdspa usb modem (t-mob/germany) on win xp.

I found simular thread (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=585560) - and exit web&walk manager and monitored at task manager what no more processes from this usb modem running and tryed to unlock phone. but looks like it not help!
