Samsung G800 Problem..

I have a Samsung G808 (i think its the Honng Kong version) and i have recently been having problems with the screen.
Sometimes the screen will be fine, but then half the screen will go fuzzy or the screen will split in half. Also, the phone works fine apart from this problem.

The g808 you have needs to be checked out to find the exact cause however if you have the tools you can try yourself.

Replace the LCD - if new one works then you know for sure
Change ribbon and try
Change front board
if still not working then it'd be your display intergrated circuit

quite hard to give exact diagnosis without the phone in hand

im almost sure its not the LCD

Could you please explain how i change the ribbon and the font board if you know how.
