Brodcomm License Pathcer

Hello,
I have the problem of "license check fail" while trying to explore my BT places on a brodcomm 2045a dongle.

I've read the forum and followed a previouse recomendation to use the "license patcher". I downloaded it and tried to use it but there are no instruction on how to do it.

On what directory to run it?
What kind of file to save?
Etc.

Can someone please help and give me simple instruction on how to use the patch?
