How to solve boot problem ?

Respected members,
i want to know when we face boot problem [in spider man] or can't format [mc tool] what works to do in hardware.
We can find pinout,but unable to do other works like read ,write or format because of boot.
Can anybody guide me to solve this type of problem.?

you face this problem for which cpu?

of face for all cpu?


and you use crack or original box?

I have all original boxes. I face this type of problem most of water damage or tempered. I want hardware solution for boot problem.
