New Box Lock????

today i just buy the new box from ipmart and i install it, when i update my box i get this error..--- Updating Box Firmware------------------------------------------------------
Connecting to server ...
Trying to get firmware ...
Warning : Update not found.
Server response: Your box is locked!.
Done.

seems that my box is lock ...why this happen?

Hello bro which DBBS version you use?For update you should use always latest version.If till problem with latest version please send log with mail to support@dreambox.hk

i m using 3.8 the latest...and i already email them...now waiting for answer..hope it will help..
