just lower the speed try at 115200

Much as this phone it is shown its already supported it can't unlock b'se it can't boot well. I wonder whether its a new hardware or software error. I have even tried previous modules like v1.29 which one tested with. It's a T-Mobile sony ericsson T303 made in China.
