siemens s35 trouble

I have trouble in s35 siemens phone, allways card error.
I write simemu 4.10 into a asilver card, maybe is a problem of voltage 5v instead of 3.3v card.....

it's possible to solve this problem with new greencard ??

or is possible to modify in siemens phone to give more voltage to simcard ??

I had sometimes that problem when tried the cards if where ok.
Reprogram silver card, it was an problam while programing the card.

Silver card should work, in mine works very well.
Don't need green
