Does anybody know the EEprom locations of SP and user lock codes on motorola D520?

I don't know what you want to know, but I have an unlocked d520 EEPROM dump.

I would like to know how can I download and upload the EEPROM contents of a Motorola phone? What software, hardware, etc.
