sigmatel S4 go to ringtone setup phone restart
after that i did ffs infinity same problem
also i did fls with other fls file white screen
agin i back up restore phone ok
but problem not solve ---------- while go to ringtone setup phone restart .................. any oher solution somebody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:confused:

Symplye try first format your set in safe mode.then try.

reflash it same firmware ur problame will slove i do one set it was not sigmatel but in same conditation so plz reflash ur phone

Also u can flash the phone with simillar flash file.

If white screen......then it's phone calibration.
Use Calibrate option.

format FFS complete can be next step.
if will not help- you must look for exactly same version working phone to get out backup
