i cant see the correct flashfile @ support area

need help to find the correct flashfile

phone is dead

i tried to back-up its own firmware but it says no version

so it means that program of this phone is empty

need to replace the correct flashfile

Hello,

As I can see your phone is not completely dead. Phone can power-on and you are able to read information from powered-on phone.
What is with phone exactly ?
Did you tried to make "format ffs" ?

phone canpower on now but white screen

still cant find the correct firmware

i already tried to format ffs and complete format but still same fault

only white screen appears

i need to get the correct firmware of this phone to make it perfectly working again
