sir
i got a N82 blutooth fone with restart on sim but after complete format diplay gone white. i have no bakup. then i download same flash files from support area but problem same.
i got pic of fone from

eeprom backup is created automaticly when you do complete format.
did you cancelled this operation?

yes sir unfortunaly i cancel it. but i have its software version files data. i have download same files from support area then flashed it but broblem same.

I can expect such problem from some new user, but your name i see on our forum almost every day... You looks like experienced user, how can you do such mistakes?!? Chinese phones are unique, even if they look same, so backup always must be done when you meet new model. Now only same version working phone backup can help to solve this problem
