How do I get the d520 EEPROM contents?

I have a d520 opened in front of me. What I would like to know is:

Where is the 28c64 located? (or the BDM connector?)(I can only see metal shields),
What Software shall I use (and where to get it)?
What Hardware shall I use (where can I get the schematics)?

Thank you for your help.

The d520 don't have 24c64...For "connect" with eeprom u must use BDM program to connect with procesor and it will allow you to read/write eeprom.
BDM connector and somewere up to d520 connectors (for handsfree, s.o.)...
If u don't find it please replay..
P.S.
Sorry for my english...I'm romanian...so...

Hi,

Thank you for your help.

Someone told me that the d520 has the 28c64 Atmel EEPROM.
Where is the BDM connector located in the d520? I can only see metal shields.
Where can I find Software and Hardware (schematics) to use the BDM connection?

Thank you once again for your help.
