Yes this file not in support area. I think read fullflash and upload it rapid share.then post your file link in this forum.and request infinity support team to upload in support area.

hello!

try complete format on faulty phone.
We dont need damaged backups to be sent us!!!
only if you have good working phone- then you can read out full flash and send for support area collection
