me too i have this same probleme
and other probleme i can access to support erea with my dreambox i have bought my dream since 1996 i now tht i have expired my account but i have update my dream box since 4 month ago for SE but always i don't have access to support erea please any helpe i need flashes emergency thanks in adavnce
