Why not possible to download from Support ?
Downloads disabled: login (http://www.boot-loader.com/index.php?option=com_bootloader&task=dreamboxlogin&Itemid=56) with your Dreambox first or check your account.
And this :
Your Dreambox with serial: xxxx is allready authorized.

Can you give us screenshot. Hard to visualize your problem mate. Did you checked if your session already expired coz your log says "the box is already authorized" ?
