I have a ktech T200 +, the TV's in this not be seen, be heard and change the channel correctly, but the image of the TV is black. The screen stays frozen as when I switch the channel 01 and change to next channel on the screen does not change the channel to 02, for example, I'm at channel 01/20 and change to next channel (02/20), but the changes on the screen stays on 01/20. To increase the volume, is heard the sound increases, but on screen the numbers of the volume does not change. What can happen? How to Hard-Reset? Someone knows the security code to restore the phone? ...:confused:
