when I try to read a W580 info DB soft gives this message :

Processor ID = A3055B02426A0216
Warning : Detected platform is different from selected
Error : Failed.

what can be the cause ?

is posible that you phone is s500 or bad hardware.

which modle u have in hand check its back sticker and tell here its information if phone is realy w580i then do this open program

tools/options/general and tick disable strick modle and firmware validation

and post result

- I am using the last DBSS viersion 3.9 !
- the phone is really a W580i

could u chech with othere tools?
becuase s500&w580 as same as
only chech with diageram or chech with label
no problem becuase dream box is a power full box
followe process with w580
testpoint
gdfs
unloch repair
writing flash file
if phone dont alive chech with s500 gdfs.unloch repair, writing flash file

It's hardware fault .

We think that is hardware issue, too.
