Unlock NEW Motorola with BDM

Hi All!
With BDM I can read all areas perfect.
But how I must write a flash.
I erase flash from 4000h.
Then I whant write, it ask for base
address - what is correct answer?
It 0h or 4000h??? Area 0-4000 is
boot loader and is identical for new & old.
I enter from 4000h and affter 10000 lost
connection with D160 :-(
What I must do and that your a think about.

What programm You use?
Try old flasher by Madis & TST.
Check hardware and watchdog.
Some new versions dont want to be reflashed by old, but it newer break connection.
You can use adr 0 or 4000, but You must
erase,read file,write flash FROM THE SAME address.
