u can download u970unlock file from furious support site and try to full flash your phone for that model
i have one succeefully unlock from uk one but another irelend one was not done by that

dude i don't think so that some kind of file have exist if the file have exisit then furious product supporter have update their fourm
the other way to unlock is the universal sim i have unlock many u970 from universal sim
and also u have search the furious gold official fourm
