What was with phone before flash ?
Did you tried to charge battery and try again ?

yas i tried with full charge battery or direct powar but same

it was a hardware problem?? do hardware first and then reflash it!

Yes select bsnl-200 and flash your phone 100000000000000000% flash done i tested 50 sets all complet flash without any problem
