Does it alive before flashing?
Can you send all log files (dbss.log, dbsserror.log...) from DBSS folder (Program Files->DreamBox) to us (techaid[at]dreambox.hk)?

Maybe for this file.Anyway download fullflsh and flash the phone again..

Hello!! did you flash the phone with .fullflash file.I see you flash with the phone with (a65_629500.firmware.dtf) Download .fullflash file and flash the phone again.If you don't fine fullflash file read from another good phone then flash the phone.And if you don't have good phone post here i will upload file for you.
