I need help to activate the box .. already talked to my supplier and he told me that the activation already sent about 10 days ago .. but still without activation ... I have a box for over a month and still do not use Her ... And I am paying the other stores for do unlock ..:(:(:(

All activations are being checked when resellers/dealers request this activations, anyway from last friday till today we´ve experimented a small problem and just checking what´s lost to solve it as fast as we can.
