i have dct4 flasher with usb cable like ed2_k cable, can i upgrade 7650 with that cable,..??
and where i can get software for upgrade..??
Sad to say, but even with software upgrade, it still cannot flash 7650.
Only Griffin, Neelix II and AFD can do this.

But maybe, you can change PPM with language packs if you need, not full flash (MCU+PPM) with that Nokia.

where can I get the PPM with language packs? is it downloadable? and what exactly do I need to transfer and where can I get it from.
