F480 unlock error !!!! HELP!!!!

Friend you need to check Port No. 2
Example: you're selected in Com port 2 ---> com 1


Brother you need to select in Port No. 1 (SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM PORT) and need to selct in Port No. 2 (Rj Connected Interface FTDI Port No.)

Please Check this Screen Shot for more details example: port setting etc.

thanks for prompt assistance. i did as you mentioned above and i got unlock codes. Yet, phone is freeze and i can't use the unfreeze code!! how to deal with that issue?. NB : I only get the error with Samsung 3G direct unlock.

try use old Samsung 3G direct unlocker v1.60, if still same try press unlock when phone begin retarting (before u got phone freeze message on screen).
