Can any one give me the code to enter into FLY DS400's engineering menu.
The standards engg menu available for fly mobiles on net doesnt work on this.
when i tried *#900# and *#901# the BT toggle options worked
When i tried *#1234# the A2dp PTS and NOrmal mode were activated.
But i need full fledged access to engg menu , so as to spice up its volume and other features.:confused:

I am not a techie guy and dont hav this infinity-box...
i simply need the engineeing menu code...
e.g. in LG phone the code was 2945#*#
i tried many such codes from internet available for FLY mobiles but they didnt work on this one...
this model being new thers not much info available on net...
pls help

how to take its bakup...can it be done by using its data cable connected to my comp? or u need a separate hardware too?

You need to use flash cable and special software.
What is your data cable type ? Is it USB or ordinary RX/TX cable ?

I dont know the difference...
The data cable provided is USB from one side and the other that is used to connect to phone is similar to wht is used in most china based phones.
So can it be used for flashing..??
Another strange thing is that when i connect the phone via data cable to PC ..it is not detected in 'com port', if i connect it using bluetooth then it does install on a com pot and i can use some PC sync software for normal functions.
It provides 2 other modes, WEB CAM mode and USB storage...
USB storage is for accessing my storage memory(switch off phone)
WEB CAM mode- PC installs this web cam, but the web cam shows error on trying to view the 'cam view'
A big headache....so i wanted to see if i can fine tune it with respect to engineering mode....
Also the music player sound is not that loud on speakers and headphones....
Can its IMEI code be useful to know its engineering menu code????
