v3 usb not recognized after flashing

Hi flashed some v3 phones that were version 374, with the same version flash and they died after flash. Now everytime i connect them to the computer they just show USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED, is there a way to revive this phones?
I have rocker dongle and magic testpoint. Is there a flex flash i could use to revive them?
