u600 get restart or stack if you insert simcard

i have u600 samsung it work normal if simard is out. the problem is if you insert a simcard it take restart or stack all key are not functioning...i try to flash with u600 imei repair flashfile but problem still persist, i also change the flex 3 times and change Lcd but still no lucks..
any solution for this forumate???

n try to flash it with non arabic,russian language flash file
