i have to rehot e900 main moard any one knows how?

i am trying to rehot e900 motherboard i have service manual. can anyone tell me which part do i have to rehot QMP01 or QME01 ?? and how long do i have to rehot i am trying to rehot on 300 degrees so i am afraid i will melt it down. any suggestions? which part and how long?? helps are appreciated.

OmFG 32 views and none of you guys know how to rehot or just being lazy to post? common where are those guys.. it used to be great forum whats happend why is it so crap now? if its repost direct me to the post where they have instructions..
