Sirs, please used power supply not battery before due I ever the same problem like u.
After power is on normally n then use battery back.

Hello,

If phone can ot On after format it may be that you need to flash phone with firmware file.
Also in many cases it\'s need to check phone hardware, f.e. rehot/reball flash and CPU chip.
