My friend have gotten a LGU880 from the UK and I search this forum to unlock it. I downloaded all the files and start flashing the phone. After the burning of the modem the pc says redetecting phone and it didn't. I disconnected the phone and now only the three (3) came up when I restart the phone.
I tried to flash it again and it went start to the last section then the phone died. I assume the battery is dead when I check it was dead. I plugged in the charger and the phone only blinks continioiusly. I tried to turn it on and it only blinks then went dead, now the phone wont connect to my pc. My computer cant detect the phone anymore.
Please is there anyway I could connect the phone back to my pc to reflashed it? How can I install back the NV backup to the phone? I am using a COM port cable. I don't have the USB. Was it ok to use the COM port cable? Is there any code to put the phone in flash mode so that it could connect to my computer? A speedy response is very much anticipated.
