yes i too be unlock w377. when i try with smart moto and with Scard no unlock when i try with infinity box its unlock now thanks for infinity team...................

Hello,

You need to use Infinity-Box RJ45 cable but not oridinary COM1 T191 cable.

Thanks,i have UNI(PAN X60 RJ45) cable in my infinity package and i get the same error all the time.

Also tried with diffrent settings and connection speeds,but all i get is the same error.

That;s why i always say Infinity is really the best GSM box,i love it.
First i tried without resetting my PC and not worked but after resetting it unlocked the phone charmly ;)
