Help installing UK & IRL v8.10.1870 maps to a TomTom Go 520 with NavCore 8

Need some help installing the following map :

United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_v8.10.1870

To my TomTom Go 520 with NavCore 8.010 already installed as standard .

Just looking for some advice and help , from what i read i CAN(?) install the maps to my TomTom WITHOUT(?) patching the navcore / tomtom home ?

If so how to do so ? If its not possible without patching the navcore / tomtom home how to do so as i am new to this and some instructions i have seen are not too clear for myself and almost no set the same !!

1, you need to patch your ttsystem file
2, copy the new maps onto the tomtom device
3, generate new patched meta and dct files for your maps (linked to your device id)
4, have fun using your new tomtom maps :cool:
