Sim scan: Fatal error!!!!!

Whenever I try to use sim scan on my win2k the program after clicking F5 closes with the following line:
Fatal error. Memory allocation error !!!!!
I use a Phoenix-smartmouse interface that works well with Cardinal. After extracting successfully Ki and Imsi from two of my three cards Cardinal fails to extract Ki from my "Wind" card. Probably comp128 v2.
Do you know if sim scan can read it? And if not is there a more "powerful" program that does it?

Download dexdebug.
Boot from a dos floppy, start dexdebug, and after that start sim scan.
Disable the PIN code before sim_scan.

Thanks Dudu. Now sim scan works. Unfortunately the card by the Italian Operator "Wind" is tamper-proof ... so far. I opened an attack session with simscan and will let it go all night long. But I'm dubious I will succeed.
If you know any better program, please let me know.
