try formating the phone, if do not work flash the phone my friend :)
its a hardware problem check there is incoming and outgoing or not if not than software if yes than rehot the lcd connector or change the lcd
First format with spiderman box or crack ,,,,, if not ok change lcd ,,, dont rehot any ic.
