Well I think I know what's the problem...

I encountered similar problem in V3X.
In V3X I was unable to enter the camera cause of partly damaged ROM (typical problem in V3X), tried to check the camera through the RadioCom and it was working fine. But… when I checked the memory status I found out that instead of 64MB it had none. So the phone was unable to enter the camera since it's memory was "full" so he coundn't store temporary fotos. Oh yeah, and it said it's SMS box was full.

Anyway… I presume that you have similar problem. If you telling that you had a working camera before you reflashed the phone…. Then probably you flashed old L7 (with old hardware version) with incompatible new software. So the new software don't recognize the ROM addresses.

My advise…. First try to check your L7 internal memory (how much free memory he have),
Menu->Phone Status->Storage Devices->Phone
You suppose to see screen like that:

it's suppose to be Total 5 MB (the picture is of V3m only for demonstration of the screen). I'm not sure about the 5MB (don't have L7 around me), but if the free memory is close to zero... then my theory is right.


If it's correct then you need to reflash the phone with more appropriate flash version
