Speaker not working;

I got Nktel one with the problem that Speaker (Ringer) Not working only i can hear is some irritating noise;
I know the fault is not of Speaker, B-coz i changed many; and got the same error of irritating sound.
its working fine on Handfree, so can i get jumper from Handsfree Busses to Speaker?

and what if i get connections from the busses (in first end) from which Speaker is connected (in last end)?
