you can extract sfr and bouyges without any problems, but new orange card are protected!

Tools, personaly i use makinterface pro with their soft or a vx multi pro with ic prog.

With regards to the french operators, it's quite impossible to extract keys out of the new cards (V2) but i did it with a brand new one from Bouygues !!!! (Still selling V1 sometimes).
For the V1 (more than 6/12 months old) you can extract the keys from the 3 operators without major problems.

if you encounter problems, look around in the forum, we all had problems when starting cloning cards.

i had extracted a ki from a "sfr super perso" wich is younger than 6 month and no problem!!! ;o)

i've just got problem with new orange sim!!!
