I have the same problem with vodafone 125, only on\off is working.

try solder RX, TX and GND on Board TP, and test if ur phone can connect properly or not with any existing tool.

if no,
Just remove charge connector and replace it (if u don't have one, just remove Data pin from it)
(tested on many pcs).

if yes,
Just check varistor/capasitor at right of keypad, maybe they are shorted or water damaged, in that case just remove them.

In my case keypad is not working at all i only mangaed once to press number 3 and that was is.

this mobile when power the keypad works only for 3 seconds after that not working ,mobile doesnt get switch off if we remove the battery and rplace only its getting on
