well I got two of these sirocco gold chinese version

one which says "sim card registration fail" is there way round this I can sort it out n what software n cables do i need?

and I got another one of these which was working fine before now it just wont turn on no power or nothing at all, i tryed turning it on a lot of times bt nt turning on or charging at all,

check the serial numbers if they are 137 etc you need a repair
