MT50 with M50_170601.exe

Please could someone tell me solution.
I have MT50_090101, and would like to have lang pack 06.
I tried with M50_170601updatetool, but doesn't work said Different model.
After that I tried with M50_090101 winswup, and successful made from Mt50->M50, after that I tried updatetoll M50_170601 but always says cann't contact mobile.
With M50 all works fine, please could somebody tell me procedure how I can update Lang.pack 06 to MT50,
Notice:
Chip is BA20(bad)

Thanks a lot Rossifan for answer, but I have a lot expiriance with mobile, of course that I switched on before flashing.
I bought MT50_090101 (BA20), and tried update sotware tool M50_170601, but it said Wrong Software version, after that I successful update another M50_090101. That means Update tool recognize is it MT50 or M50.
OK after that I made update to winswup M50_090101, and my phone now is M50_090101, but still always I can't get my Croatian language 170601, always said Please prove your connection,
Currently I have M50_090101 (*#06#), but can't make update with updatetoll M50_170601.exe also MT50_170101.exe, always get Check connection.
After that I tried with orginal M50 and everything works fine.
Unisiemens and S/M45 flasher doesn't work with BA20 chip
Please could someone who had expiriance with this answer on my question
How can I make update MT50_090101 with (BA20 chip) to M50_170601 with (Croatian lang.)
As I said I made from MT50 to M50 but still always can't update to version 17 with lang. pack 06.

Problem is when I try to make update with Winswup 170101
"Error on waiting for Ack EOT"

With Winswup090101
"Can't connect to Mobile with BootstrapLoader on Com 1"
I think problem is in bootloader.
If I skip precheck in 090101 everything works but with updatetool 170601 I can't disable precheck.
I someone know how can I repair boot loader I will be grateful to him.
