Hi Askor,
If you are referring to the activaion code for smartphone copilot, go to the following address and fill in the blanks with the information you have and it will return the activation code in your e-mail.

That activation link is not working....
The licence has been de-activated by the site..

I`ve never heard this before. Anyway... try to retype the product key and get another license no from your smartphone. After this do the same activation procedure at that website.
