Unlock old HD1

I have old HD1 v203. Phone ask Terminate Code.
I am change with Retrofit eeprom adress 176 and 177 to FF
Phone ON but not call- write service unavailable.
Who help me ?

use partial with retrofit after changin back to original value

or

unlock it via eeprom
