What is best cleaning agent for phone PCB's?

i use isopropanal alcohol. same as the hospital rub on your arm before an injection, does not leave a residue and evaparates quickly, most chemists will supply it
A friend of mine who owns a phone shop recommends thinner as it "cleans" better then alcohol, and evaporates fast, and also does not leave a residue...

The best is Tetrachloroethane. This however is a chlorinated substance, so it is pretty poisonous. It is commonly found in car brake cleaner
alcohol 96% is best..homemade LOL
fixed many waterdamage phones with alcohol..
me using oakite solution + 100% IPA its best use for 100% flux removal together with 2 mins. soaking of 40khz ultrasonic cleaner

It's better to drink with juice :) :) :) Or You mean samogon? If Yes, then without juice - with cucumbers ofcourse :D :D :D It fixed many damages in head.
96% alchohol can't clean salts from PCB (only flux :) ) and after cleanig You have white stuff everywhere.

i´m using self-burned "slivovica" from my grandma, because it´s multifunctional. :D
it cleans pcb´s + human brains... 100%
i have about 50l in stock. if anybody´s interested, then let me know....

i still believe 97% alcohol is the best.....................

Best method:
Wash your PCB with toilet soap solution (not detergent!) and a soft brush
Thereafter use Printed Circuit Solution,/TNT/ Almost pure Alcohol.
After all these, put pcb in an oven or let it dry by convention.
Chloroform is not safe, Brake fluid is abrasive
